2. Rent Collection Service:
Commission of 9% of monthly rent

3. Full Property Management (Ongoing)

4. Inventory, Check-In & Check-Out
Charged at cost via an independent inventory clerk:

5. Tenancy Renewal / Re-Documentation

We have our own handymen and contractors so will offer discounted rates.
